Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
To check your order status, please refer to your confirmation email or contact us directly.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through one of the following:
- Email us via our Contact page
- WhatsApp or call us at our listed support number
- Include your order number and the reason for cancellation
Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved and payment was made online, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that have not yet been dispatched, no charge will be applied and no refund is necessary.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery
- Orders placed during flash sales or with special promotional discounts
- Customised or personalised fragrance orders (if applicable)
Cancellations by Lovora Scents
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund without delay.
