Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel it.
