1. Refund Eligibility

●       Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery

●       For a return or exchange to be processed, products must be largely unused, retaining at least 90% of their original content.

2. Quick and Efficient Refund Process

●       Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days if it meets our requirements.

●       Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the process.

3. Exchange Process

●       If you’d prefer an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.

●       The exchange item will be shipped to you after we receive and verify the original item.

4. Shipping Costs

●       Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

●       The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Convenient Return Shipping Choices

●       Customers may select their preferred shipping provider when returning items.

●       We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned item.

●       Easy Return Label: We've got you covered. For only Rs. 500, we'll provide a return label and deduct the fee from your refund — simple and stress-free.

●       Self-Managed Return: Choose to send the item back yourself, and enjoy a full refund with no deductions.

●       Items that do not meet our return conditions (e.g., missing original packaging, used products) are ineligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, sale items, 5ml spray testers and products with limited-time promotions.

●       Cellophane Wrap: Rs. 20

●       Box Replacement: Rs. 50

●       Tester Replacement: Rs. 30

●       Used up to 10% of the perfume: Rs. 50
